As Senior Case Manager my role is now much more about supporting those with mental health issues throughout our industry as well as those who are in need of advice an financial assistance. I thoroughly enjoy the work I do and know I make a very positive input into our clients lives. I am proud of the work I do and the impact that my referrals for psychiatric assessments and counselling work has is a great one; turning client's lives around and helping them to get back on their feet and back to work. My support and encouragement is welcomed, and many find they are able to open up to me, when they have found it difficult to do so to others. Giving that helping hand up....making a difference. Excellent database management, and good at putting procedures and practices into place. My communication skills are being put to good use, especially when facilitating our Mental Health Awareness Workshops for our companies.
