Gill Sloan

At Hill Dickinson, I started as a Legal Cashier then progressed to Deputy Team Leader then to my current position as Team Leader. During this time I have gained valuable experience in various sections of legal finance at various levels. I have a strong understanding of the SRA rules and I am responsible for maintaining the firms breach log. During my time at Hill Dickinson I have also been involved in various projects including the introduction of a new practice management system for which I was heavily involved in testing and assisting with creation of new procedures once the system was in place. I have also been part of various mergers, acquisitions and have been an integral part of the recent transfer of the Insurance sector from Hill Dickinson to Keoghs. I delivered the Finance and Compliance induction training for a number of years and also delivered tailored training to teams within the firm.I have also completed the AAT Qualification and the ILFM Diploma (Institute of Legal Finance and Management).
