Gillian Anema

My passion is nutrition and fitness. Long-term my dream is to simply educate anyone and everyone about the importance of healthy eating and active living. I plan to obtain a certification through Nutrition Therapy Institute and use that in conjunction with my yoga certification to serve others. The past five years post-graduation have taught me that I need to serve people in order to maintain contentment in my own life. My greatest desire in the workplace is to build meaningful relationships with fellow employees as well as clients (if applicable). Friendship and Family is what keeps my heart beating and I don't ever want to sacrifice that. I find that when my work and home lives are in balance, and when these relationships thrive, I am able to excel beyond average as an employee.
