Based upon a unique perspective of working with a wide variety of organisations over several years all with the same aim of improving services, I offer an approach which seeks to initially evaluate the potential for an organisation to improve, prior to identifying the elements that could be developed to strengthen existing assurance arrangements. I provide bespoke support to senior leadership teams to strengthen capability, staff engagement and governance processes to ensure sustainable improvements for patients.
