Gina Davidson

Gina has a strong track record in Talent Management having worked in both in-house and consulting leadership roles. She has significant experience in building Talent Management solutions that will enable the achievement of business strategy and promote cultural transformation. She is passionate about leading diverse teams, building capability for the future and cultural transformation. She is currently the OD Chapter Lead (Assessment) in the Make it Better Squad at ANZ Bank within the Joiners and Movers Tribe. Prior to this she was the Regional Talent Delivery Leader for ANZ in the Global Products division of Korn Ferry. Her team was responsible for the implementation of Talent product solutions in client organisations. Before moving to Melbourne, Gina led the Talent Centre of Excellence for the Nedbank Group in Johannesburg, South Africa. Her division was focused on optimizing the talent management practices across the group to ensure the attraction, development, engagement and retention of people with exceptional capability to meet the strategic objectives. She has also had significant experience in the Remuneration, Performance Management, Transformation and International HR Centres of Excellence. Gina’s career began in consulting where she worked for the Arthur Andersen Human Capital and Business Consulting practice lines respectively for a number of years before joining Nedbank. She has a Masters of Commerce in Industrial Psychology and is a registered Organisational Psychologist.
