Over the years, my customers invited me into their homes to taste homemade cookies, get mini cross-stitch lessons, even to hear heart breaking war stories. This was likely the beginning of my love... Many of those attributes have shaped my successful career as a manager of people and projects, a writer, and an operations specialist. I am results-driven with strong skills in supervision and innovative problem-solving. I specialize in effective, positive, and high-quality management.
