Hola! I'm Gina and I love leading innovation, marketing and customer experience projects while working with local, regional and global companies. My experience is within B2B marketing with a B2C focus and knowledge. It ranges from creating entire transformation strategies for large companies to become customer centric and increse consumers' loyalty while at KPMG, leading and being responsible for the innovation and development of the home care category as a marketing manager at Givaudan, to being marketing chief for personal care at BASF and being responsible for new product launches and the category's envolution. I'm recognized for strong storytelling, creativity, solid ability to analyze global trends, easily building new concept proposals, transforming data (traditional and digital) into relevant insights, executing brand strategies for product launches and for always keeping the consumer at the center of every decision.
