From a very young age, I have always been interested in diversity, foreign cultures and people. That is why from high school up until my Master’s degree in Conference Interpreting, I have focussed on building solid competences in four foreign languages (EN/ES/FR/PT). Not only these studies have provided me with strong communication and linguistic skills, but they also allowed me to open my mind and grow as a person. After obtaining my Master's degree in Conference Interpreting, I decided to take the leap and move to France. I wanted to join a fast-paced environment to learn new skills and put into practice my linguistic ones. Thanks to this and my past experiences, I can easily adopt a customer-oriented approach and I genuinely feel satisfied providing assistance to people. I've discovered the world of Customer Success and now I'm eager to dive into it even more!
