Working as Temporary Manager I studied everything about AGILE MANAGEMENT and his relationship with SCRUM, LEAN STARTUP MODEL and BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS. This perspective helped me to support some Startup during their growth. During this experience I also did as a job seed funding activities. I understood to have the ability to take advantage of the skills present in the Company and find those not present to manage the business change. I learnt and repeatedly applied the most effective practices in project and team leading, with a lean continuous improvement approach. I worked as professional Consultant, Coach, Account Manager and Team Leader in a high number of national and international projects for a wide range of established customers and startups. I have an important experience in managing business services as outsourcer, i worked fo several big companies like Generali Assicuarazioni, GalxoSmithKline, Cattolica Assicurazioni, Aprilia Motorbike, Unicredit. In my past experience I also developed expertise in leading big projects based on Siebel (CRM, Business Intelligence), in setting strategies and architectures. I'm very focused to problem solution and I’ve a strong leadership, I’m committed to the results and with a long experience as a team leader.
