An accomplished project management career in developing and delivering solutions for a broad spectrum of clients. As a Project Manager at Mercer Australia I am responsible for managing a programme of work and a number of sub projects for our clients. The nature of the projects is ensure compliance to Government Legislation, to implement core system and/or web enhancements to the systems provided and maintained by Mercer for the clients in order to deliver an improved member experience. As an Integration Manager I was involved as a project manager in the development and commissioning of technologies, systems, services and products to be deployed nationally in a timely manner on behalf of Network Operations teams for Optus Business and Wholesale customers. I also have worked extensively on tenders for key customers and am involved in the implementation of these solutions. As the work I undertake supports and complements critical services it is vital that my time, project and people management skills are of a high standard in order to deliver effectively on business and customer requirements.
