The last 13 years I have delivered global strategic digital transformations for an easier digital customer experience combined with cost effective internal processes for Maersk, Danske Bank, Topsøe and Chr Hansen. My experience and competences have given me a large toolbox of transferable skills, which enables me to deliver strategic transformations across industries. Based on a combination of skills and experiences I have proven to deliver sustainable commercial impact, leading organizations from requirements to implementation and benefit realization. I thrive in the intersection between business ambitions and technological possibilities. I bring extensive leadership experience within most part of the business from financial reporting, commercial P&L responsibility, and operational excellence, which enables me to lead cross functional transformations. Furthermore, I am active on Advisory Boards and Strategic Advisor for smaller companies, and on the Board of Representatives at “Andel Energi” (Energy/Power supply), where I utilize my cross functional leadership experience. I also act as mentor for young professionals via CA as well in my corporate roles. My involvement in Start-up/Scale-ups advisory boards and mentoring give me a world of new insights and inspiration. By nature, I am a strategic thinker with an innovative and effective can-do approach. I take the lead and aim high to deliver results in close cooperation with top management and stakeholders. I am a true team player, and a keen believer in co-creation of a positive, constructive and fun work environment with focus on continuous development and learning, as the best way to deliver sustainable business results in complex environments.
