Giuseppe Malta

Giuseppe started his career as Junior Controller and Accounting Assistant in Tekspan S.p.A. -part of the Sogimi Group - the national leader in processing and distributing cellular foams and plastic sheets. During such work experience, the controlling knowledge was improved by building a cost accounting system within the internal reporting process. At the same time, requiring the company structure an high flexibility, other activities were performed, such as Credit risk controlling and General accounting. After two years, an important opportunity has presented itself, that means joining to a multinational Group known as ZF. Here, thanks to a better controlling structure and having a role closer to the Management, the proficiency in such field has increased. Furthermore, I have had the opportunity to join to the HR department contributing to various HR activities.
