More than 8 years’ experience in internal Deutsche Telekom consulting role for process improvements, leakage prevention, strategic changes and designing future-proof solutions using new technologies in the domain of revenue/business assurance, billing and collection across 12 countries. Extensive knowledge and experience with different project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, SCRUM) for applying them in waterfall and agile projects. Operational and governance experience in data-driven Risk and Assurance, identification and assessment of risks, developing mitigation measures and controls, implementing advanced analytical tools. Active supporter of collaboration between telcos for risk and assurance topics, RAG Steering Committee member and speaker at international conferences. Co-leader of the Business Assurance program in TM Forum, author and contributor to several TM Forum industry standards, among which is the recent guidebook GB1004 Business Assurance Dimension Framework. Awarded industry contributor by TM Forum for demonstrated leadership and sustained contribution to telco industry standards.
