I am a dynamic professional who embraces innovation, has excellent vision and energy who delivers outstanding leadership and first class service in the cruise, ports, airports and hospitality industries. With over twenty years of experience in the cruise, industry including five years working onboard a number of cruise ships in the hotel / Pursers department, customer services and cruise operations at Carnival UK , managing cruise terminals, security and operations while at ABP Port of Southampton including managing the largest most technologically advanced cruise terminal in the UK. I worked for SCH Ltd. Between 2016 & 2018 overseeing cruise support operations in Southampton, Liverpool and Portsmouth. More recently I was General Manager Passenger Ambassador LHR for OmniServ, leading 500 staff at London Heathrow Airport delivering outstanding customer services to passengers using the airport. Project Managed the successful launch of Norwegian Cruise Lines' Norwegian Encore in 2019 and during 2020 I have been contracted as a Guest Port Services consultant with The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, a start up cruise line. Leading teams in providing the best customer services and operational excellence is a passion of mine. I have travelled extensively around the world gaining amazing experiences and developing my knowledge and skills. Prior to working in the cruise industry I worked in the hotel and catering industry in Devon, London, Windsor and Eton. I am very much a people person who enjoys leading teams in providing excellent services. I also lecture on the cruise industry providing a unique insight to both life on board and shoreside operational aspects.
