• I have played leading roles across the communication industry in both client and agency. Spanning roles in research (both qualitative and quantitative), strategic communications planning, data strategy and analytics. This experience in both uncovering and applying insights gives me a unique ability to find actionable insights by combining complex and disparate data sources • I have strong team hiring, management and inter-personal skills. Many of the people I have mentored have gone on to successful and fulfilling careers both internally and externally • I have unique experience in leading large data projects and in inspiring people to help deliver them. This is best evidenced in the evolution of the Wave project. Which I grew into the largest and most respected digital study in the world by motivating over 80 countries to voluntarily take part. Through Wave I have been able to develop and articulate a profound new way to think about communication in the digital space • I am a confident and compelling communicator with the ability to use data to build inspiring narratives. Evidenced when I received the WPP Atticus Grand Prix award for most transformative and actionable thinking at WPP in 2021.
