I have extensive and diverse management experiences with a third party administrator, an international claims administration service provider and a statewide workers compensation fund, I have a casualty and property background with a significant emphasis on workers compensation, auto and general liability claims. During my career I have had frequent interaction with the risk managers, high ranking officials and Boards of Directors for third party administrative clients in the municipal, corporate, and self- insured fund markets. These client bases included national self- insured corporations, statewide governing bodies and local corporate entities ranging from large companies to small businesses. These services included reviews of claims loss runs, education in claims management, evaluation of claims and risk exposures, review of litigated claims and collaboration on settlements as well as providing an accessible referral source for clients. I also participated in business development assisting marketing representatives with new clients. I have worked closely with actuaries providing required data, reviews of open claims, payment trends and recoveries from second injury fund, third party tort feasors and excess carriers. I interacted with excess insurance carrier auditors who conducted file reviews and evaluated the overall management of third party administrative accounts. These reviews were consistently positive and were integral to excess premium reductions. I believe my varied client management functions, multi-line claims management experiences, and frequent interactions with actuaries and excess insurance companies would be an asset to the growth and development of an insurance organization
