Innovative and dynamic multifaceted leader with well established people skills and extensive management experience. Over the last twenty-one years I have continually overseen, promoted, and maintained a client centered approach to U.S. Army Medicine and Dental Health Care. As a Senior Noncommissioned Officer in the United States Army my first responsibility to ensure the integrity of my organizations overall mission and ensure success through collaborative leadership. As a retired military member, I chose to continue my service and focusing my talents toward helping other. It’s not so different from helping my subordinates as a military leader. It simply amounts to guiding individuals to achieve a better outcome in their own lives.
