Currently I'm the digital transformation practice lead for RiseNow. In this role, I advise clients how to appropriately digitize finance and supply chain processes and build a digital-first culture. I enjoy advising my client executive teams on digital transformation strategy, but also working side-by-side in operations, to implement measurable and durable improvements, creatively leveraging ERP and best-of-breed software solutions. Prior to this, I was a leader in SSM Health's business consultancy identifying ways to optimize people, process and technology, leveraging the health system's business applications (e.g. Accounting, supply chain, treasury and accounts payable). With SSM Health, I led business the case development and built stakeholder support for a prospective, system-wide digital transformation. In the fall of 2020, we started an accelerated one-year digital transformation, we updated our ERP and moved it to the cloud, while also reimagining most processes across the procure to pay continuum. In addition to ensuring the overall transformation program exceeded its goals, I was also the technology workstream lead for the program, and responsible for many aspects including: MDM, data governance, integrations, reporting and analytics, infrastructure and cloud migration. Prior to SSM, I was part of Accenture's health and public service practice where I worked with the leaders of 5 large health systems and a payor in the Midwest on many opportunities to digitize business operations. Before Accenture, I was focused on clinical transformation and quality improvement initiatives in many different roles where I worked with dozens of mid to large health systems in the US and Canada.
