Key Achievements § Implemented key category and sourcing strategies, focused on all areas of indirect procurement Supply Chain, Facilities Management, HR, Finance, External Labor, IT Applications, IT Infrastructure, & Telecom which has resulted in $80M of P&L negotiated savings over the past 2 years. § Lead and negotiated a 5 year $60M Microsoft Azure Cloud deal with Staples which will yield a negotiated cash savings of $18M. § Lead and negotiated a 5 year $100M Data Center Services Outsourcing deal with Staples which will yield a negotiated savings of $32M § Transformed (2) poorly-performing indirect procurement groups. Achieved early involvement on 95% of the indirect spend.
