Glenn Reiter

Sales and Marketing manager for a 45 year old family owned floor covering business. We work with major builders such as GL Homes and Lennar as well as many other smaller custom builders. We also have a full service retail department specializing in all types flooring from tile and natural stone to carpet and vinyl. It is my job to run the retail sales department by managing the sales team and implementing a strategic marketing plan. Since my start with the company a little over a year ago I have driven retail sales from an average of $25k a month to over $100k a month currently. I also work hand in hand with the owner in helping to land new builder accounts and to make sure the current accounts we have are always satisfied and continue to do business with us. I pride myself on my work ethic and my ability to get things done under pressure. I consider myself to be a hustler and am very much a go getter when it comes to any type of sales.
