Angelou Beginning with a number of years in Human Resources as a Compensation Analyst, then moving on to an exciting role working directly with clients at several cruise lines, I've found that I get the most satisfaction from providing outstanding customer service - both to internal and external customers. I project managed the rollout of a payroll card for the crew members, as well as the installation and continued monitoring of ATMs aboard ships on several cruise lines. To keep the ATMs operational and filled with cash as they sailed around the world required an incredible team of people that I was fortunate enough to lead and direct. What drove us was the desire to provide world-class service to our customers, whatever it took! While the cruise industry is renowned for customer service, as evidenced by how many people happily take cruises each year, there is opportunity for any organization to display a superior level of customer service to the clients they serve. I’m driven to provide that service, both internally and externally, to help an organization become the best it can be. Coupled with accounting skills, I pride myself on attention to detail and can communicate with people at all levels of the organization. And those things are second only to the customer service orientation that drives my passion to excel.
