Glorie holds a bachelor's degree in Information Technology. She works in the Human Resources and Recruitment industry for almost three years and counting. She does sourcing, phone screening, initial face to face interview, salary negotiation and job offers for non-IT and IT candidates. Her educational background serves her to match appropriate skills to employment. Her passion is to help Filipinos (Specially the youth/Fresh Graduates) land the best career opportunity available to them. Her work ethic is guided by Biblical principles, such as one found in Colossians 3:23. "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters."She believes that excellence will be rewarded. People may or may not acknowledge it but God does and will honor it in due time. Experience taught her that recruitment is challenging but fun. For her, the best part of it is having the chance to interact with people and hear their stories.
