Gained commercial experience auditing clients over a wide range of fields including but not limited to entertainment, technology and logistics industries. Subsequently obtained invaluable experience in the shared services environment in the mining industry whilst currently engaged in the FMCG sector. Adopts a realistic and practical approach in recommending cost effective and workable solutions. Enjoys a challenge, is flexible, innovative and creative in adapting and applying knowledge and experience to different circumstances and environments. Works well under pressure and in deadline situations. Responsible for supervising a variety of complex projects at any one time. Good communication and interpersonal skills which is needed to function effectively as trainer/coach as required in current capacity. Interacts well on a one-to-one basis and in a group situation.
