IT Analyst I held the position of IT Analyst in previous job at Surfacide. I was able to accomplish some of the projects assigned to me such as serving as the team and vendor management over our software vendor in developing a support system for clients who use our portal. I worked directly with the software vendor in extracting customer data from Netsuite, a business management software that allowed us to create a database that assigned tickets directly to customer account. I provided IT support which consisted of reading app logs as tier 1 & tier 2 support and providing problems resolutions for customers within 24 hours. The IT support experience afforded me the opportunity to effectively communicate cases encountered by our support department directly to the vendor which helped the software vendor to plan for app updates, a temporary work around for eventual systems updates. I provided clear communication to the salesforce team about app releases and updates through a weekly email created by me. Another project that was assigned to me was the app development design with the software team which required adding more functionalities on our app and portal.
