Through the course of my career in the areas of M&A transaction services, assurance, and financial advisory I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of cross border buy and sell-side due diligence, vendor support, public company audits, and advisory projects such as accounting standard and controls implementation. My experience is diverse as I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across the spectrum from private to public international companies in diversified industries. I deliver value to my clients and engagement teams through leveraging industry knowledge in conjunction with data analytics to efficiently identify key value drivers, synergies, risks and opportunities to every transaction. Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about everything travel and adventure related.
