Małgorzata Juźwińska

Having held various roles across numerous sectors internationally, I'm currently in the technology space (SaaS), building and leading a Sales Development team at Codility, with the mission to help more businesses streamline their tech recruiting with our coding assessment platform. I'm down to earth, focused on getting things done, and making improvements where it matters. I believe in working hard, holding myself and others accountable, always learning and developing (personally and professionally), as well as helping others reach their objectives. One of the most enjoyable and humbling aspects of my current role is being able to surround myself with smart, talented and driven individuals, watching them grow within and beyond the team, and knowing that the current position is a solid stepping stone for them, which will help prepare them for more great things ahead.
