I am a high performing individual and exacting leader. I set high standards for myself and work with determination in a systematic and methodical fashion. I work harder when I am under pressure and my work style is reflective of my adage of hard work, which will overcome most barriers. I am well organised, task focused and enjoy the satisfaction of knowing I have successfully completed what I have started. I am open and direct in my communication and am factual rather than emotional. I am my own taskmaster, and I am intent on matching up to standards agreed, meeting deadlines, and producing work that is accurate in detail. I have a plethora of experience which have strengthened my communication, interpersonal skills, adaptability, creativity and empathy both within my workplace and personal life.
