Graeme Fowler

Graeme is an experienced senior executive, non executive director and audit committee chairman with specialist skills in financial services, professional services, telecommunications and small to medium cap ASX listed companies.Over a 30 year career in Australia (and NZ) he has developed deep experience in business governance, leadership and management in senior roles including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive and Non-Executive Director. He has hands-on experience in strategic business reviews, business turnarounds, the successful introduction and growth of new financial services products, the management of distressed businesses, international reporting matrixes, IPO’s, equity raisings and mergers and acquisitions.He is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of Audit and Risk Committee at ASX listed accounting and financial services aggregator Countplus Limited (ASX: CUP).Between 1987 and 2002 held senior executive roles with BT Funds Management including Group Chief Financial Officer, Global Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive BT Funds Management NZ. From 1999 to 2001 he was Chief Executive of BT Portfolio Services directly responsible for the leadership and development of the BT Wrap Platform, the Unit Trust Registry, Master Custody, Corporate Super Administration, Margin Lending and Share Registry Services.From 2003 to 2007 he was Chief Executive of Financial Planning, Chief Financial Officer and then Group Chief Executive of listed Accounting & Financial Services aggregator WHK Group Limited. The WHK Financial Services business included Financial Planning, Finance Broking, Risk Insurance Broking, General Insurance Broking and Self-Managed Super Fund Admin. He was Chief Executive of listed wealth management and legal services aggregator ILH Group Limited from May 2008 to November 2014.Between 2015 and 2017 he was CFO at Planet Technology Group in the Telecommunications industry.
