With more than 20 years in the Digital/Mobile space, I have been there since the start. Having held senior positions across digital strategy and planning, innovation, channel and proposition development and transformation delivery, I know what works and gets results - and what doesn't. I continue to explore new areas and learn new things - the great thing about Digital is that it's always changing. Amongst other things, I'm currently passionate about the Internet of Things, which along with AI and real-time analysis of streaming data, could bring as much change to the world as the development of the Internet itself.
