Graham McNeill

Graham is a Managing Director of Kroll and the Global Head of Expert Services, specialising in Construction Disputes. He is based in Hong Kong but works internationally. He has broad experience in quantity surveying, commercial management, dispute management / resolution and litigation support. Graham has worked in Asia for over 25 years and has extensive experience in the preparation, defense, negotiation and settlement of contractual claims. He works alongside, and in support of, solicitors and barristers and has been recognized by Who’s Who Legal as a “Global Elite Thought Leader” and “top class expert who is highly respected in the international markets”. He is also cited for his “very comprehensive and well-reasoned reports” and his “excellent performance on the stand”. He has been appointed as Quantum Expert/Advisor on numerous occasions both Internationally and in Hong Kong, giving evidence in Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration. Having worked as a PQS, Contractor and Consultant Graham is able to provide strategic advice to a range of Clients. Graham has solid management experience in business development/planning, He is an energetic and motivated Chartered Quantity Surveyor with further qualifications and experience in Construction Law, Arbitration, Mediation and Project Management. In addition, Graham has worked as Dispute Manager on a number of high-profile construction disputes. Graham is also an accredited Mediator.
