We do diabetes telemedicine where we connect expert nurses (we have over 100 specialist diabetes coaches in our network) to patients and build a close, authentic relationship one person at a time - supported by our world-leading clinical process software. We also amplify the commercial value to insurance companies of our patient-facing clinical nursing service by adding enterprise-grade portfolio data and clinical tooling.
