With more than 30 years of experience in the Defence / Aerospace domain, Grant has a proven track record as a forward thinking Project Manager, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) practitioner and systems engineer. Grant is a strong and passionate advocate in the pursuit of achieving the desired results and outcomes with significant experience and success in delivering against a number of complex ACAT2 acquisition and system integration projects. Grant is highly energetic person, with strong interpersonal, communication skills enabling him to cultivate productive relationships, identify and harness opportunities and work collaboratively with stakeholders to manage collective risk and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes. Grant also has an extensive background in the fields of systems operations and maintenance (Avionics, Engines and Airframes), technical training, acceptance & testing, security, and Logistics Information Systems design and integration. This diverse background enables Grant to work in detail, whilst developing the strategic picture and plans for action.
