Grant Rexrode

I am currently the Development Analyst at Alliance Industrial in Houston. I am responsible for underwriting and oversight of land acquisition, design, entitlement, and construction coordination on new industrial development projects within the Texas Market. I was previously an Investment Sales Analyst on the Capital Markets Team at JLL Houston I was previously the Analyst on the Agency Leasing Team at JLL Houston and CBRE Houston. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2020 with an Economics major in the College of Liberal Arts and minoring in Business in the McCombs school of Business. In the summer of 2019, I interned at Stream Realty's Houston office where I learned valuable skills such as analyzing properties and highlighting Houston market growth trends. I also learned presentation skills when presenting my final project. I was also involved in on-campus organizations, where I have held leadership positions, and have volunteered in my free time.
