Grant Shumway

Grant Shumway joined Panattoni Development Company, Inc. (“PDC”) in March of 2020 as a Finance Manager in the Irvine, CA office (corporate HQ). As Senior Finance Manager, he is responsible for all transactions taking place within Georgia, the Carolinas and Texas, from land acquisitions, loan originations, equity raising, and dispositions. Mr. Shumway’s responsibilities also include development budget tracking and cash flow forecasting and reporting. Founded in 1986 by Carl Panattoni, PDC is one of the largest privately held, full-service real estate development companies in the world. Prior to joining Panattoni, Mr. Shumway worked as an Acquisitions Associate in the Private Equity Real Estate Group at CenterSquare Investment Management. Before CenterSquare, he worked as an Associate at Eastdil Secured where he focused on commercial office investment sales. Mr. Shumway began his career as an Analyst with Eastdil where he underwrote institutional office, industrial, hotel, and retail investment properties. He holds a B.S. In Business Administration with emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
