After an extraordinary Air Force career and throughout my transition into civilian life, I began as an aircraft integration technician, advancing to technical writing and publication development management. I have consistently used my 36-plus years of Managerial/Technical experience to my advantage by immersing myself in the many different aspects of this exciting field. At the ripe young age of 55, my quest for knowledge has not subsided. And it reinforces my continued success in building, managing, and motivating dynamic and diverse teams and cultivating a culture where all team members feel comfortable voicing questions and concerns and contributing to new ideas that drive company efficiency and growth. I'm organized and diligent with excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills—possessing the ability to delve into the pursuit/capture management process confidently and lead teams through complex captures with contract rewards the outcome.
