Greg Day

I am passionate about realising business value through the rigorous definition and delivery of transformational change. I have 20 years experience in leading and managing change across the infrastructure, intelligent transport systems, financial services, telecommunications, aerospace and government sectors. I specialise in operating strategy definition, the alignment and optimisation of business operations to achieve strategy (‘transformational change’) and oversight of change delivery to achieve benefits. I have successfully developed and presented business cases with benefits in excess of $110m in publicly listed companies and my strategic analysis has changed the way that organisations think about themselves. I have a demonstrated history of recovering ‘under performing’ projects, teams and organisations. I hold an Engineering Degree from the University of New South Wales and have pursued a variety of post-graduate studies.
