Greg Giammittorio

Greg Giammittorio is a partner in the Washington D.C. Office of the Potomac Law Group, where he focuses on startups, technology transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Greg has over 20 years of experience representing private and publicly held companies in all stages of growth on a range of issues involving mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, joint ventures and strategic alliances. In recent years, Greg has built particular expertise in representing clients in the government services, software, semiconductor, life science, telecommunications, satellite, and information technology industries. In 2005, Greg was named Washington’s Top Lawyer in Technology Transactions in the Washington Business Journal’s Top Washington Lawyers issue. He frequently writes and speaks on matters relating to startups, mergers and acquisitions and on other topics of interest to technology companies. Greg co-founded the M+A University program, which is designed for executives at companies interested in making acquisitions. He also founded AlphaTech Group, an industry networking and educational group focused on providing growth acceleration opportunities to executives in the cyber security, big data, and data analytics fields.
