I learned about leadership and teamwork at a very young age. Growing up as the oldest of fifteen cousins, living next door to each other in a small rural community east of Cleveland, I was given the opportunity to lead this group in various activities during my youth. In addition, I held many manual jobs that taught me the importance of a strong work ethic, perseverance, and commitment. These jobs also showed me the importance of having pride in providing quality work, which led to the beginning of the principles I relied on later in my life.During my high school years, I participated heavily in athletics while graduating in the top 5% of my class. Whether it was the football, basketball, or baseball team, the importance of collaborating and working together as a team were key qualities that I developed over the years. I attended Miami University where I was active in my fraternity, student organizations, and intramural sports. I attended the Farmer School of Business at Miami where I developed the skills and a set a foundation for a successful beginning of my work career. My strong emotional intelligence and service-driven mindset were key things that served me well after college.Over the span of my career, I achieved victories at all levels of employment. Beginning as a Management Trainee and learning the business from the ground up to the executive level provided great training and skill development. I used the experiences I learned from great leaders to share ideas and solve challenges. I leverage my adaptability, leadership, and engagement skills to provide successful results to every organization that I have the opportunity to lead and manage.
