I’ve been in the Telecommunications field since 1995, having run my own business between 1995-2005. I’ve held roles as Telecommunications Manager for a healthcare broker with 6 offices in 4 states, and as a project consultant handling technology related mergers and downsizing. I’m currently the Senior Telecom Engineer and Team Lead for Telephony Infrastructure for Independence Blue Cross. In that role I manage all call center and business area telephony for IBC. My role includes a Senior Telecom Engineer title, one I’ve held for 10+ years, as well as currently being the Team Lead for Voice Technologies.
