First and foremost, 
they’ve all had a commitment to their craft. Emerging artists still need guidance and nurturing to develop their best work. The heart and soul of our industry is still about great songs that connect, move or inspire people in some way.Having worked with artist managers, record labels and independent artists throughout the world, I’ve found the top three challenges in today’s music business are:1.
