Currently, I serve as the first ever Compensation Director for my organization responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and administering base/incentive compensation programs. My primary focus is on providing tactical and strategic compensation programs to meet the strategic goals and needs of the organization. I am a compensation professional with experience as a practitioner and consultant. Throughout my career, I have provided my consulting expertise to clients on their compensation and benefits programs to provide long-term success for their organizations. I advise colleagues on innovative solutions to meet organizational needs, with a focus on the human aspect of human resources. I pride myself on my ability to build rapport with individuals from various backgrounds. When it comes to programs, I have expertise in the development and administration of base pay programs, incentive compensation programs, and compensation policy and guideline development.
