After managing and executing major digital launches for Fortune companies like; Adidas, Google, Mastercard, Merck, The PGA, and others I gained valuable insight into the transformative powers of frameworks and strategies to ensure results are met. With a strong work ethic, the ability to manage (over $10+mm) in budgets, and prioritizing the endless to-do lists also came the accompanying pressure to continue to deliver. Keep giving more to those that can handle it, right? At 35, I experienced major burnout and a full work stop, due to a health scare. Just because you can carry the workload, doesn’t mean it’s not heavy. It takes a toll, and the ripple effect can have impacting consequences on your entire livelihood. Since then, I have gone deep in using my learnings of deploying systems and processes to create a unique approach for individuals where we can continue to progress while leaning on structure and evaluation for sustainable growth. True self-awareness along the way is a must.
