Enterprise Cloud Transformation and architectures are my passions. I have been involved in designing, building, deploying and operating a wide variety of complex cloud solutions using AT&T, Amazon AWS, Azure, IBM and custom cloud environments for Fortune 500 customers including:► Prototype cloud infrastructure platforms on AWS, Azure and Bluemix.► Design Enterprise platforms including cloud infrastructure, security, governance, monitoring and DEVOPS/CI/CD capabilities.► Ensure adoption by educating stakeholders, executives and implementation teams.► Design Cloud, Hybrid and Native Applications► Integrated VMWare, AWS, Azure, AT&T and IBM infrastructures full solutions.► Designed, provided sales support and installed gateways to AT&T / AWS and Azure cloud fabric► Setup on-demand infraructure for multi-cloud solutions using from 50 to thousands of workloads.✔ Projects included integrating IBM / Softlayer, Amazon AWS , Azure and AT&T clouds into a federated solution offered via AT&T PCG, SCG and GEM sales groups. ✔ Maintained a pipeline of customer discovery and analysis projects for Enterprise Cloud solutions for over 90+ companies and agencies nationally.✔ Managed teams of from 4 to 30 developers per project to handle deliveries to customers. ✔ Defined requirements, authored all contracts and provided to sales to close, resulting in first 6 months of initial cloud architectures revenue over $15 million in signed contracts.✔ Supported first year annual contract revenues across 3 sales groups $22 million with a funnel of over $100 million.For Internal and External engagements work with senior managers, C-Levels and architects using discovery sessions delivered both in-person and webinar-based mind mapping completing a 7 level Cloud Transformation model that provided rapid analysis, solution design, presentation and the customer approval/initiation project plan.
