I'm an extremely determined individual who has the attributes to achieve and be successful within any organisation. I feel that I have the desire, ambition, resilience and work ethic to enable me to achieve great things. I'm currently working as a Senior Delivery Development Consultant for Allegis Group EMEA, supporting all new UK and European recruiters through the delivery of Allegis Group EMEA’s bespoke Sales Development training courses, across the different operating companies. Furthermore, I also conduct two-part courses over WebEx to enhance the recruiter's understanding and knowledge of their specific technical specialism. In addition to classroom and online training sessions, I’m responsible for conducting desk-side 121 coaching sessions across the Birmingham, Thames Valley, Manchester, Glasgow and Edinburgh offices, to develop and build on the fundamental skills that recruiters were taught during training to enhance their performance. Finally, I organise, prepare, and follow up on training courses as well as organise and manage the documentation for the coaching sessions. My specialities: Recruitment Sales Training, Individual 121 Coaching, conducting skill-specific Webinar courses and developing/enhancing training content and materials.
