I have been blessed with many IT application development opportunities that have provided a well-rounded career in areas including manufacturing, procurement, human resources, and financials. Client demands and competition create frequent challenges that serve as a scorecard as to how prepared we really are. As a Lawson developer and Delivery Lead for many years now, I realize the importance of being prepared when these challenges arise and the need to have a proactive response rather than being reactive. Knowing and understanding current market conditions and client needs is a critical factor just as is acquiring resources that are trained and capable of performing in these changing markets. My focal point now is to utilize my leadership and technical expertise to create optimum customer satisfaction by maintaining on-time delivery without sacrificing budget requirements.
