I am a member of the firm's Corporate Law Practice Group. My practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions and general corporate counseling for clients in a variety of industries. I provide continuing legal advice to a number of the firm’s corporate clients in the areas of merger and acquisition agreements, commercial contracts, loan agreements, shareholder agreements, employment/consulting agreements and licensing agreements.
