As a property co-manager my commitment to excellence led to a fanatical attention to detail, whether renovating a bathroom or balancing the books. In visitor services I accorded every single person the utmost respect and went out of my way to provide everyone with the best possible experience. Being in transportation sales required me to increase sales revenue and margin without sacrificing customer service - all while bringing on new clients and troubleshooting on the fly. All of these jobs required a different skill set for success, and they each imparted their own unique lessons to me; but how exactly did these “dots” connect? The common thread that binds my experiences together is a genuine desire to help people. When I connected the dots, I realized that I received the greatest amount of satisfaction by helping individuals/groups identify and overcome obstacles--it is my true passion. Whether providing quality rental spaces, planning the perfect day-trip, or resolving a complex shipping problem, I found purpose in aiding others. Through it all, I’ve developed a skill set and a dedication that can add tremendous value to any organization.
