Guilherme Moreira Avelar Campos

I'm a professional with 18+ years of experience in Logistics and Manufacturing, working on world-class companies, such as CEVA Logistics, Whirlpool Corporation and Stellantis Group. Regarding my technical qualification and background, I hold a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (CEFET/MG), another degree in Physics (UFMG) and a specialization degree in Logistics Management (Fundação Dom Cabral). During my professional journey, I've act on engineering and operations, when I could strengthen my technical and leadership skills in both areas, and I had the opportunity to lead big teams with 300+ employees. Over the years, I have become an expert in Lean Manufacturing, 6-sigma and in-house logistics processes. As a member of a select team of CEVA's Lean Experts, based in Amsterdam, I had the opportunity to work on global projects in many different countries, such as Poland, Italy and USA, always delivering breakthrough results in terms business profitability (10 to 15% YoY), while also improving safety in the shop floor and customer's service level. I'm passionate by leading people and driving disruptive projects, always focused in the business competitiveness and customer's needs.
