I am an Electronic Engineer with a posgraduate diplomas in Productivity and Quality, Project Management, Virtual Learning Environments and Automatic Control, who chose Process and Strategic Planning path, applicable to all organizations. As I have been worked in IT, I have ITIL foundation, COBIT, ISO 27001, ISO 20000 and ISO 22301 certifications, among others. I enjoy working with people helping them to find what they are good, focused on breaking down prejudices that facilitate labor inclusion through training and processes and policies design and implementation. I am convinced that people flourish when they are in a healthy work environment, where they enjoy working and sharing their human nature.
