I am on a mission to help people and organizations develop the very-human skills needed to stay competitive (and fulfilled) in the age of A.I: leadership, emotional intelligence, influence, self-awareness, productivity. I believe AI is both our greatest opportunity to solve urgent world problems and an imminent threat to the future of work. We have no choice but to deeply understand AIs possibilities and progress and prepare to live and thrive in a world shaped by it. For more than 10 years, I have helped students and professionals explore and develop their potential. I am passionate about human talent and I believe it can be nurtured and expanded, based on a deep understanding of the dimensions of our human nature: psychology, biology, and anthropology.My first job was in sales at age 19. Since then I have never stopped selling, from non-profit to consumer goods, from neighborhood stores to corporate clients, and from the sales function itself to HR. To sell is to influence, and to influence is to shape the world. I founded Kulmentor, a non-profit that helps students develop soft-skills and find a job.
